Specifics on ROCKLAHOMA 2013 have just been rolled out and
this years line-up features another parade of heavy-hitters.
The Festival in Pryor, OK. has confirmed Guns N' Roses, Korn,
Alice In Chains, Bush and Cheap Trick to name a few and is set
for May 24-26.
ROCKLAHOMA joins an already crowded schedule of festivals
that include:
The CROSSROADS Guitar Festival at Madison Square Garden
April 12th & 13th with Eric Clapton hosting the Allman Brothers Band,
Jeff Beck, B.B. King, Johnny Lang and many others, all told close
to 30 guitarists have confirmed.
ROCK ON THE RANGE in Columbus, Ohio May 17-19th with
Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, Smashing Pumpkins, Korn and
Buckcherry.
DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL in the U.K. June 14th-16th which welcomes
Slipknot as headliner for night #1. Scorpions were offered the second
stage that night but passed on the offer claiming they would not be able
to bring the full stage show to the second stage.
GLASTONBURY is set for June 26th-30th in the U.K. and Ron Wood has
let it be known that he hopes the Rolling Stones will be ready to go and
will "twist some arms" when he and the band gahter to map out 2013
tour plans in March.
